"Giving that money to the Ukraine won't do any good because the ukrainians are extremely corrupt and we'll just bucket all of. There isn't really weapons to buy with it because the weapons manufacturing outside of Russia and China and few other countris isn't keeping up. So there isn't really the cupboard is there and the arms industry in the West is sort of this boutique industry that was supposed to fight wars of choice against “barbarians”, if you will. Even that is not working, as we see in Yemen, as we saw in Afghanistan. But basically these are boutique armies that are all for show, you know, they're like majorettes, they're good for parades and not good for fighting a high-intensity conventional war, which is what the situation in the Ukraine has turned into."
